4. Appointments & Booking

Glowhaus uses a third-party booking platform for appointment scheduling and payment processing. By booking an appointment, you may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Glowhaus requires advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Services scheduled for 30 minutes or less require at least 24 hours notice.
Services scheduled for 45 minutes or longer require at least 48 hours notice.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in cancellation fees, forfeited deposits, or restrictions on future bookings.

Clients who arrive significantly late may need to reschedule their appointment and may still be subject to applicable fees.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Glowhaus does not provide refunds for services rendered, prepaid treatments, memberships, deposits, gift cards, or products unless otherwise required by law.

Because aesthetic treatments involve variables outside of Glowhaus’s control, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
