GROUPON VOUCHERS

Groupon is used as a marketing platform to introduce new clients to Glowhaus through discounted services. Because Groupon retains a large percentage of each sale, vouchers are intended for first-time clients only and are limited to one voucher per person.

I offer  in-house pricing that may be equal to or lower than Groupon promotions. I also honor Groupon sale pricing with proof of the advertised offer.

Weekend appointments are not available for Groupon bookings. Weekend availability is reserved for existing clients and direct bookings. If weekend scheduling is your only availability, please contact me directly for in-house pricing.
 

All Groupon appointments are subject to the cancellation policy:

• Appointments 30 minutes or less require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: $25

  • No-Show Fee: $100

• Appointments 45 minutes or longer require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: $50

  • No-Show Fee: $150

 

Missed Groupon appointments or appointments cancelled outside of the required notice window may result in the voucher being redeemed in addition to applicable cancellation fees.

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the service booked and schedule availability.
