CANCELLATION POLICY
a card is required to book and hold your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment with a valid credit card, then your appointment will be released. Deposits will be requested on longer time slot appointments, such as dermal fillers and skin treatments. A 24-hour notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. If you fail to provide 24-hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Those with multiple no-shows or last minute cancellations will be required to place a deposit on all appointments, even complimentary touch-ups. If you purchased a Groupon and do not show for your appointment, the voucher will be redeemed and you will be required to pay a deposit to re-book. Deposits will absolutely never be refunded due to credit card fees.
