CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all appointments, including complimentary services, touch-ups, consultations, model calls, and promotional appointments.

A valid card is required to book and hold all appointments. Appointments without a valid card on file will be released.

All appointments must be booked and managed online. As a one-woman practice, I’m unable to accommodate scheduling requests or appointment changes via text message. Please use the online booking system and waitlist feature for all scheduling needs. For questions about your appointment, please use the Fresha messaging feature as I will likely see that much sooner than a text. 

Appointments cancelled via text instead of through the online booking system will be considered a no-show and subject to the applicable no-show fee.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

For appointments 30 minutes or less, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule:

  • Late Cancellation Fee: $25

  • No-Show Fee: $100

 

For appointments 45 minutes or longer, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule:

  • Late Cancellation Fee: $50

  • No-Show Fee: $150

 

Clients with a last-minute cancellation or no-show may be required to place deposits for future appointments, including touch-ups or will be blocked from booking for repeated incidents. 

 

If a Groupon appointment is missed without notice, the voucher will be redeemed and a deposit will be required to rebook.

 

All deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable.
