APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please utilize the messaging feature in the Fresha platform when it pertains to appointment-related info or questions.

 

Weekend appointments are reserved for existing clients and approved appointments only. New clients and consultations are not accepted on weekends without prior authorization and a deposit. Complimentary touch-ups are only available on weekends with a $50 fee.

To accommodate last-minute requests outside of scheduled business hours, an additional $50 convenience fee may apply for early arrival or extended appointment times.

Glowhaus is designed to provide a private, elevated experience for every client. Please arrive on time and allow extra time for locating the office and street parking. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you; however, shorter appointments such as touch-ups and neurotoxin treatments allow very little flexibility and will need to be rescheduled. In this instance, the applicable no-show fee will apply.

To maintain a calm and professional environment, I kindly ask that cell phones remain silenced during your appointment. Guests and children are not permitted in the treatment room or waiting area. This policy is in place for safety, privacy, and liability purposes. Clients arriving with children or additional guests may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
