Subject: New Services, Model Call, and Important Booking Updates

 

Dear Clients,

 

I’m excited to announce some new services! It’s officially peel season, and I'll be re-introducing chemical peels with improved options. The Perfect Derma Peel has been replaced by the Cosmelan Peel - perfect for tackling hyperpigmentation and stubborn melasma. It will be available at a discounted price of $795 until the new year (normally $1150). I will also be carrying typical mild and medium depth peels such as Glycolic, TCA and Jessners. 

 

Busy Season and Scheduling 

The holiday season is upon us, and appointments are filling up fast! Please use the online booking system to reserve your spot, as I won’t be able to schedule appointments via text during this time. I recommend booking your tox appointments and touch-ups at least four weeks before special events to allow time for optimal results. You can also add yourself to the waitlist if your preferred time isn't available. Starting November 14th, my main schedule will be Wednesdays through Saturdays.

 

My policy remains that I only see existing clients on Saturdays as that is my busiest day and sometimes book out for months. I will no longer be able to accept complimentary touch up appointments on Saturdays. Starting now, I will be implementing a $50 fee for touch ups on Saturdays.  Please note, a $50 fee will also apply to any last-minute requests that require me to come in early or stay late to accommodate. I cannot guarantee that I will always be available to do this. 

 

Model Call  

In line with my “less is more” philosophy on facial fillers, I’m shifting focus to biostimulators such as Radiesse, PRF, and EZGel/Biofiller for a more natural, long-term approach. I’m seeking 5 models on Wednesday, November 6th, for PRP with microneedling, PRF or EZGel treatments on under eyes, full face rejuvenation, or lips. Models will receive a special rate of $250 (covering product costs). 

 

Additionally, I’m looking for 3 models on November 6th for a new lip filler technique called the 3-Point High Def. This quick, minimally invasive method uses only three injection points, giving lips a natural look. It works best with your existing lip shape and helps to add subtle volume and smooth lip lines. Models will receive a special rate of $150 and filler amounts will be determined during the consultation.

Dermal Filler Update

To create a more personalized and predictable experience, I will now charge for dermal filler treatments based on areas treated rather than filler amounts, ensuring a more tailored and effective approach for each client. As part of this change, I will no longer save filler for future sessions, allowing for the best consistency in treatment results. Please see updated pricing. 

 

Updated Cancellation Policy 

To maximize availability, a deposit will now be required for longer treatments like dermal fillers and skin services. For clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows, Fresha will automatically request a deposit for all services, including complimentary touch-ups.

 

Membership Update

I will be pausing memberships as I refine and enhance the website, with an updated membership structure launching in the new year. All current benefits can still be used until December 31st, but you will not be charged a monthly fee during this period.
